Exchange & Refund

At Astitva India we strive to make our #astitvatribe family happy by providing our best, but still in case you are not happy for what you have bought and received you can write us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment at info@astitvaindia.com and we would review your request with utmost priority,

but you have to keep certain things in mind when you shop at Astitva India, as all our products are handcrafted & made mostly by artisans & our skilled workers so each piece is unique in itself and that is the beauty of handcrafted products.

Any irregular weave or print or stitch has not defected but that define the product is truly handmade and handcrafted, which we do not consider as a defect that is the characteristic of the handcrafted products.

Each shipment is carefully inspected by our team before any shipment leaves our warehouse.

Exchange –

we do not exchange or accept Return for Jewelry, Bags, Artefacts, Toys/games & Accessories, if any of the mentioned products are received defective can be replaced from our end if we are informed within 48 hours of receiving defective or wrong product with photo proof of defective or wrong product received.

Clothes can be exchanged only once within 7 days from receiving shipment & informing us within 48 hours of receiving shipment via mail at info@astitvaindia.com  for following reasons.

• Can be exchanged once for size issue or you are not happy with what you have received.
• No exchange would be offered for minor design or colour variations as each of our products are handcrafted by hand that matters to us & that is the beauty of handmade products.
• Product sent back to us for exchange has to be with original price tag, unworn & in original condition, once the product is received at our end our team will inspect the product & if it’s in the original condition like how it was sent from our warehouse it would be eligible for exchange if any discrepancy found customer will be informed and the item would be sent back to the customer in the same condition as received by us.

• if the customer is sending product for size exchange or any other reason the shipping
• Charges to be borne by customers & the replaced product would be sent once from our end without any extra shipping charges.

• Only products purchased at regular price are eligible for exchange, Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange or return.
• Any exchange or refund would take place only after we have received the returned shipment

NO REFUND WOULD BE DONE IN FOLLOWING CASES

• Incorrect or outdated delivery address
  
• Incomplete address format
• After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
• Package refused by the recipient.
• Product returned to us in a used or damaged condition.

International Shipping & Exchange.

We ship worldwide & International shipping charges vary with every address & would be calculated at the time of your billing after you provide your shipping address, we ship our international shipments through reliable shipping agencies & delivery time is approx. 1 to 3 weeks depending on your address in some cases it may take longer depending on customs of receiving country.

Due to nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties & taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied, in case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional charges. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged to custom clear your goods and deliver them to your doorstep.
